Mr. Joe Cullen has been at WHCI for 12 years and counting. He will never leave WHCI no matter what the offer, because quite simply, WHCI rocks the world. The students are the best, and the facilities and instruments are as top-notch as the students are!

Ms. Cindy Michalak is a very dedicated and talented teacher who has an extensive background in concert band music. She is a flute major and graduate of University of Toronto/OISE. She teaches at the Emerald Star Performance Arts Program on weekends and is a great steel band arranger as well!
